Health Intelligence
Turning health information into actionable intelligence
KORAF is being developed to help health and care organisations cut through information overload — monitoring trusted sources, identifying relevant developments and translating evidence into practical intelligence.
What we do
Intelligence that supports better decisions
Health and care organisations face a growing stream of guidance, surveillance updates, research, regulatory information and emerging health risks. KORAF is being developed to help identify what matters, understand its relevance and translate it into practical intelligence.
Signal monitoring
KORAF monitors trusted health and public-sector sources for new guidance, emerging risks, surveillance updates and other developments that may be relevant to health and care organisations.
Evidence synthesis
Relevant developments are assessed, prioritised and synthesised to bring together the key evidence, context and implications without requiring teams to review multiple sources themselves.
Insight translation
Findings are translated into concise, practical intelligence that helps organisations understand what has changed, why it matters and what actions may need consideration.

Why it matters
“The challenge isn't accessing health information. It's identifying what matters — and knowing what requires attention.”
Guidance, surveillance updates, research, regulatory information and emerging health risks are published across multiple sources. Monitoring them consistently takes time and expertise. KORAF is being developed to help close that gap.
What we're building
Health intelligence designed around the needs of care providers
KORAF is developing an intelligence service that combines automated monitoring, evidence assessment and human review to help care providers keep track of health developments relevant to the people they support. Our initial focus is exploring intelligence around areas such as infectious disease, vaccination, public health guidance, regulatory developments and emerging health risks. Rather than expecting teams to monitor multiple information sources themselves, KORAF aims to identify relevant developments and translate them into concise intelligence explaining what has changed, why it matters and what actions may need consideration. KORAF is currently in early-stage development, with the underlying intelligence automation being built and tested using trusted UK health information sources.

Interested in helping shape KORAF?
KORAF is currently in early-stage development, and we're interested in speaking with people working across health and social care about how they currently identify and respond to important health information. Whether you work in a care home, care group, public health team or another health and care organisation, we'd be interested in understanding the intelligence challenges you face and exploring how KORAF could support them. If you're interested in learning more, sharing your experience or potentially testing KORAF as it develops, register your interest.
